The DTS 3000 series incorporates many of Pfannenberg’s superior design rules, such as:

• 50,000+ hour life service for our radial fans.  These backward curve ebm fans provide outstanding airflow and a long internal air circuit for enclosure.
• Uses a hermetically sealed refrigeration circuit for zero maintenance and loss of R134a refrigerant. Our compressors are deigned to cycle with the requirements of the enclosure system which means no wasted energy during low temperature days in the factory.
• Our Condenser Fin spacing is wider than all of our competitors. Narrow spacing can hurt our competitors' capacity numbers. Our catalog pages performance curves show how our units will not lose capacity in the field once a little dirt gets on the condenser .  We designed our fins spacing to allow for filterless operation in many applications.  This reduces maintenance (no filters to change) and increase real world cooling capacity of our systems.
• On all our NEMA 3R,4/4X designs we coat all exposed copper tubing and use coated condensors for extra protection against harsh environments like salt fog, some chemical vapors and cleaning solvents.  Most Cooling units on the market only provide the proper seal (NEMA 3R, 4/4X) against the enclosure.  We go a step further. Our electronic control packages are located on our inner circuit for proper protection in these harsh areas.
• Special options are available for the DTS 3000 series such as: filter kits, low ambient packages and internal enclosure heaters for heating the enclosure and/or condensation control.
