1. Is there an evaporator tray option for the DTS 300XX units?

     A. All DTS 30XX units come with one See document 

2. How do I find the UL file for a Product?

    A. Go to UL Online Certification Directory and enter the file number for the product.

3. are there "A" version of the smaller fans.

   A. Yes, contact the factory for part number and pricing.

4. How does the alarm contact work?

   A. It is a normally open circuit that closes when the unit is running under the

       alarm temperature and with normal conditions. The circuit opens if the

       temperature rises above the alarm temp, there is a fault condition, or the

       unit loses power.

5. Where is the cabinet thermostat located and how is it adjusted?

   A. There is a temp sensor in the path of the internal airflow that connects to a

       control board. The control temp is adjusted using dip switches on this board. 

6. Why does Pfannenberg use 95° F as the default temperature setting?

   A. This cause the unit to start cooing when the internal temperature reaches 95,

        which will prevent overheating of components.  This also helps to keep the

        cool air at a temperature that is above the dew to prevent condensation inside

        the cabinet.
