Our VLV 4 & 12, compact chillers, are designed for stand-alone, off-grid battery energy storage systems (BESS) delivering precise liquid cooling in a space-saving design that can be installed inside the container or cabinet. The VLV comes standard with a power supply from 570 up to 800 V DC to directly connect with the battery system – no need for power conversion ensuring efficient and sustainable operation of portable BESS power stations. Built for extreme environments, it operates reliably from -13°F to +113°F. Design: powder coated RAL 7035 (light gray)

Direct Power Connect
Directly connect the power supply from 570 up to 800 V DC with the battery system with no need for power conversion leading to greater efficiency, fewer components, and a simplified system design.
Made for All Climates
The VLV safely operates in cold and hot conditions between -13 and +113 °F.
Preserves Battery Life
An integrated internal heater preserves battery life in wintertime by maintaining a stable minimum temperature.
Energy Efficiency and Reliability
Inverter-driven compressor and variable frequency drive (VFD) technology to optimize cooling during charge/discharge cycles, EC brushless fans and micro-channel condenser all deliver energy efficiency and reliability.
Integrated Communication
Error/warning and status communication for integration with your Battery Management System via Modbus RTU/ Modbus TCP.
Intentional Design
Stand-alone unit that can be mounted inside the cabinet or container due to a slim profile and a structural notch to fit against the cabinet structure.
